Grant Eighth Grade Dance Rules
Tickets will go on sale the week of March 11-14 during lunch.

  • Only Elliott Grant eighth grade students, who have purchased a ticket, are invited to attend the dance. 
  • Each student must have a signed parental/student permission slip to enter the dance.
  • Once a student leaves the dance, he/she may not return.  Any student who leaves early, must be picked up, in person, by a parent.
  • If a student desires to leave the dance early, he/she must sign out with a chaperone.
  • Any student suspected of using or possessing an illegal substance, parents will be called immediately.
  • No outside food or beverages are allowed into the dance.
  • Foul language or abusive/disruptive behavior will result in expulsion from the dance and parents will be called.
  • Decorations may not be removed unless permission is granted by a chaperone. 
  • Appropriate attire is required.  Semi-formal/Formal.
  • Students must be picked up no later than 11:00 p.m.
